One of a very few copies of the 1967 book interleaved and bound in two volumes by the publisher, Cassell. Laid in this copy are various notes that I was collecting during the 1970s and 1980s with the idea of updating the book--a project that I never undertook. Most of those ideas, and, of course many others, found their way into HistoryofInformation.
