Manuscript map preserved at Hagley Museum and Library depicting Mill Seats on the Brandywine River (1816) drawn by Fairlamb & Read. The Map shows the lands owned by Joshua & Thomas Gilpin,  their mills, and presumably Joshua's house, Kentmere, by the demi-lune drive.
